 Why?  Because there is NO DICHOTOMY BETWEEN KNOWING AND DOING. The motivation to provide this offering came from reflecting upon over 15 years of executive level experience in planning, developing and implementing behavioral healthcare systems in multimillion dollar complex public and private sector organizations.    As an enthusiastic leader for over 25 years with experience in providing clinical comprehensive services for adults, children and adolescents with severe and persistent mental health and substance abuse challenges, along with over 10 years of experience in working with the criminal justice population in Drug Courts and other accountability courts, and over two decades of providing training to diverse populations, it was apparent that there was a need for the services Sense of Equity was capable of offering.  Additionally, we know that so many organizations suffer from being frustrated with stalled growth, lackluster innovation, and sagging morale.  Knowing how to infuse a trackable process to effect the kind of behavioral change needed is our expertise.  Furthermore, as a Certified John Maxwell Teacher, Trainer, Coach and Motivational Speaker, Sense of Equity uses this knowledge and experience to help people maximize their full potential, personally and professionally.  We specialize in helping people increase productivity and creativity by raising their level of awareness and transforming that awareness into self-actualizing behavior.  Our outcomes are evident in the growth of people,  who in turn develop programs/organizations, who in turn help even more people.
